ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ PetCare AI 360 กรุณาอ่านข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ก่อนใช้งาน เพื่อความเข้าใจตรงกันในการใช้บริการ

✅ 1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

เมื่อคุณสร้างบัญชีหรือใช้งาน PetCare AI 360 ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดใช้งานแอป

👤 2. บัญชีของคุณ

คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและดูแลรหัสผ่านของคุณเอง คุณรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมทั้งหมดในบัญชีของคุณ แจ้งเราทันทีหากสงสัยว่าถูกเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

🚫 3. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

ห้ามใช้แอปเพื่อการผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น อัปโหลดเนื้อหาอันตราย หรือพยายามเจาะระบบ เราสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับบัญชีที่ละเมิด

🤖 4. ข้อจำกัดของ AI

ฟีเจอร์ AI (แชต การ์ดการ์ตูน และการอ่านข้อมูลจากรูป) ให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเพื่อการอ้างอิงเท่านั้น และอาจผิดพลาดได้ ไม่ใช่การวินิจฉัยหรือคำแนะนำทางสัตวแพทย์ กรุณาปรึกษาสัตวแพทย์จริงเสมอสำหรับปัญหาสุขภาพน้อง

🪙 5. สมาชิก PetCare และ Paw Coin

ทดลองใช้ฟรี: บัญชีใหม่จะได้รับสิทธิ์ทดลองใช้ฟรี 3 เดือนโดยอัตโนมัติ นับจากวันที่สมัคร ไม่ต้องกรอกข้อมูลการชำระเงิน และไม่มีการตัดเงินอัตโนมัติเมื่อครบกำหนด บัญชีที่สมัครก่อนวันเปิดให้บริการจะเริ่มนับช่วงทดลองใช้จากวันเปิดให้บริการ
หลังทดลองใช้: เลือกสมาชิกแบบรายเดือนหรือรายปี ตามราคาที่แสดงตอนสมัคร ก่อนสมัครแบบชำระเงิน ร้านค้าจะแสดงยอดและเงื่อนไขต่ออายุให้ยืนยัน ยกเลิกต่ออายุได้ผ่านร้านค้าที่ซื้อ ช่องทางที่ยังไม่พร้อมรับเงินจะระบุไว้ในแอป
เมื่อสิทธิ์ทดลองใช้หรือสมาชิกสิ้นสุดลง บัญชีจะเป็นแบบอ่านอย่างเดียว คุณยังเปิดดูและลบข้อมูลเดิมได้ แต่เพิ่มหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลไม่ได้จนกว่าจะสมัครสมาชิก ข้อมูลของคุณจะไม่ถูกลบเพราะสิทธิ์หมดอายุ
VIP: ทีมงาน PetCare อาจมอบสิทธิ์สมาชิก VIP ให้บางบัญชีตามดุลยพินิจ สิทธิ์ VIP ใช้งานได้เหมือนสมาชิกแบบชำระเงินและไม่มีวันหมดอายุ จนกว่าทีมงานจะยกเลิกสิทธิ์

ค่าสมาชิกและสิทธิ์ VIP ไม่รวมเหรียญ Chat Agent การใช้ Chat Agent ยังหักเหรียญตามปกติ Paw Coin เป็นสกุลเงินเสมือนภายในแอป ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินสดและแลกเป็นเงินจริงไม่ได้ การสมัครหรือยกเลิกสมาชิกไม่เปลี่ยนยอดเหรียญ การขอคืนเงินเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขร้านค้าและกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

🪪 6. การ์ดน้อง (Pet Card)

การ์ดน้องสร้างขึ้นเพื่อความบันเทิงและเก็บเป็นที่ระลึกเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่เอกสารราชการ ไม่มีผลทางกฎหมาย และไม่ใช่บัตรประจำตัวอย่างเป็นทางการใดๆ

แอป โลโก้ ดีไซน์ และเนื้อหาของเราเป็นทรัพย์สินของ PetCare AI 360 ส่วนรูปและข้อมูลที่คุณอัปโหลดยังเป็นของคุณ โดยคุณอนุญาตให้เราใช้เท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บริการ

⚠️ 8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

เราให้บริการ "ตามสภาพที่เป็น" เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมจากการใช้งาน รวมถึงการตัดสินใจด้านสุขภาพน้องที่อิงจากข้อมูลในแอป

🔄 9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด

เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดเป็นครั้งคราว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบผ่านแอป การใช้งานต่อถือว่ายอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่

Welcome to PetCare AI 360. Please read these terms before using the service so we share a clear understanding of its use.

✅ 1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PetCare AI 360, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

👤 2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information and safeguard your password. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

🚫 3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the app for anything illegal, to infringe others’ rights, to upload harmful content, or to attempt to breach the system. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

🤖 4. AI Disclaimer

AI features (chat, cartoon cards and reading details from images) provide preliminary information for reference only and may be wrong — they are NOT a veterinary diagnosis or advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet’s health.

🪙 5. PetCare membership and Paw Coin

Free trial: new accounts automatically receive a 3-month free trial starting on the sign-up date. No payment details are required, and you are not charged automatically when it ends. For accounts created before the official launch, the trial starts on the launch date.
After the trial: choose a monthly or yearly membership at the price shown when you subscribe. Paid subscriptions require confirmation of the amount and renewal terms in the purchasing store. Manage renewal through that store. Unavailable payment channels are identified in the app.
When your trial or membership ends, your account becomes read-only. You can still view and delete existing records, but you cannot add or edit records until you subscribe. Your data is not deleted because access has ended.
VIP: the PetCare team may grant VIP membership to certain accounts at its discretion. VIP includes the same access as a paid membership and has no expiry date unless the team revokes it.

Membership and VIP do not include Chat Agent coins; Chat Agent use is still charged in Paw Coin as usual. Paw Coin is a virtual in-app currency with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Starting or cancelling membership does not change your coin balance. Refunds are subject to store terms and applicable law.

🪪 6. Pet Card

Pet Cards are created for entertainment and keepsake purposes only. They are not official documents, have no legal validity, and are not any form of official identification.

The app, logo, design, and our content belong to PetCare AI 360. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited license to use it only as needed to provide the service.

⚠️ 8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use, including pet-health decisions based on information in the app.

🔄 9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes we will notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
